Stage 1: Feeding & Filtration Process
fluid is fed into the equipment through a pump for pressurized or vacuum filtration
Stage 2: Washing
An internal rotary spraying device provides even cleaning of the vessel internals. The washing process is assisted by a moving blade to clear any remaining solids.
Stage 3: Drying & Solvent Recovery
The equipment is heated uniformly while the filter cake is scrapped by the rotating blade, dislodging the filter cake while evaporating the solvent for recovery.
Stage 4: Discharge
As layers of filter cake are dried through scrapping, the cake is pushed out and removed from the vessel through side outlets.
